I noticed that most LC200s and LX570s here in UAE have pintle hooks installed.

I bought my LX570 S CPO and they told me it’s got every option, but mine doesn’t have a pintle hook.

Was it a factory option that the first owner skipped, or is it something that owners install separately? If it’s the latter, what happens to the cover?

The pintle hook itself is 5198060012, but there are some hardware and a backing plate that look necessary as well. The part blowout is in the lower right hand corner of the image on the page here.

Thank you all for the answers, I'm still not familiar with the Partsouq catalogue and in Europe, specially Portugal, this car was never sold as new so it's quite difficult to find information and parts for it.

I'll ask TOYOTA if those are available, how much and how long will it take to be here, if available.

That Pintle hook set up looks nice but is too low to align with any of my military trailers (M1102, M116). So i use an adjustment mount bracket to lift it higher.

What trailer is the factory OEM Pintle used with?

Beat me to it!
I had the page up from yesterday verifying frame part numbers to make sure there wouldn’t be any surprises if I go to bolt an LX axle on. If I’m at that point, it means the KDSS system has already been drained. Not the best time to find a very minor difference.

Nevertheless, I saw the pintle and had a chuckle.

One tip for the OP, since things like the pintle comes on lots of gulf country rigs, but not some other parts of the world (like the US, where I live) on Partssouk I filtered to GCC countries, and found the pintle quickly.

Any idea how I can convert my OEM pintle setup to a hitch like the US cruisers?

Is it only a matter of removing the pintle parts or are there differences in the sub-frame?
