I am hoping this isn't too much of a stretch. We are driving through Missoula this Friday (the 22nd) and I could use a rear wheel stud and patch, happens to be on the same tire.

I put on our old winter tires from a 4Runner and found out one had a leak. Also broke a stud in the process... Don't know if I have enough time to take care of it here before we go. I imagine there could be shops out that way, so thought I would ask.

Thank you!

PS: Is the rear wheel stud part number 90942-02052? I see it listed as incompatible when I search for it, but I know a few parts are like that.

Master Tech in Missoula only works on Toyota, super knowledgeable about LandCruisers, honest and just great people. I am not sure they would patch a tire but they could point you to who can while they fix your wheel stud!

Thank you! I called them and unfortunately they were busy then. They also don't do tire work. They recommended a couple other shops and said tire shops could probably do it, but they are busy with the snowy weather just starting.

I called one of the shops he recommended and a more local place and neither had room, so I figure I'll just wait till we get to Idaho Falls and take care of it there.

Speaking of... does anyone know of a good place down there?

any wheel/tire shop can do that nothing special about it

That's good to know. We'll probably end up doing a tire shop in Idaho Falls.
