Hi guys,

Does anyone have clue how much a lc 105 lhd 1hz is worth at the moment, in good body, frame and mechanical condition?
Let's say a grade 3.5 to 4 like we see on Japanese auctions.

I see crazy listing prices at 50k usd, 60k eur, that for me sounds a bit too high, I am curious for how much any of you purchased an lhd 105 1hz in the last 1-2 years

Thanks in advance.

They are not common, especially in the USA. I just purchased a 98 HZJ105 in GX trim with 77K miles in really good shape and it cost me $45K

I see them for sale on European websites, and they may be less or more depending on condition, mileage, and mods. Typically, most in Europe have quite a bit of overland type mods added, which drives up the price.

In the Middle East/Persian Gulf area, I'm told they fetch between $18K-$25K, but are typically well used, and to get them up to a level that most buyers in the USA demand requires another $25K of maintenance and repairs.

I heard mostly in Honduras?
I don't know elsewhere.

North American rhd 105s seem to go for a little for 30k-35k with mods. I know of one in Canada and one in Alaska that sold for around that with 300k+ kms manual transmission and orginal engine.

Hola Alpine,
HZJ105L-GCMNS if that helps. My cruiser was close to that color originally, had dark gray leather. Engine is "1HZ..XXXXX" Straight 6 diesel 4200cc, 174 HP. The new paint I believe is a 2020 Toyota stock color. 5-speed manual tranny. Seats had been re-covered in crappy vinyl, oh well. Driver left-side, 3/4 bench seat with a bucket for the passenger. Send some pics next week.

All the Best, Cuidate!

I had hoped to bring my 105 back to the states with me this summer but a goof on the VIN made it appear to have a considerably earlier build date than I thought, so it wont' be 25 for another year and I don't have any reasonable way to manage the shipment. Here in SA market these 105s with the petrol engine are 10-15k USD cars, even with the mods. Mine is a manual (GX), triple locked, dual tank, and dual battery. It has around 180k miles on it and has some tasteful suspension and electrical mods but nothing crazy. I've loved everything about it with the exception of the miserable fuel mileage. With no real emissions controls, they smell like a rolling gas station!

Yeah, 16-20L every 100km is steep.

Unfortunately, the driver's seat bottom cloth was replaced with a non-OEM type cloth, so I have a mismatch there.
