So quick question about tires. I have 275/70r18 ko2’s and I think I’m going to get bigger. My dad needs new tires on his tundra so I’m gonna hook him up with my ko2’s. Question is, this size ko2 says it’s a 33.2 but I’ve read folks reporting the size to be under 33. Is this confirmed? Im looking at the 295/70r18 Yokohama m/t g003 and they’re listed at 34.4 snd nothing I’ve read says they’re undersized. Thanks in advance

The G003 is a meaty tire- 👍👍

Be prepared for some pinch weld massaging- they’ll rub a little when turning.

All BFG tires run small. Yokos are true to size.

Yeah I’m planning on that when I do the new tires. The 285/70/18 Yokohama’s cite 33.9 which is ideal but they’re like nearly 400 per tire vs being closer to 300 for the 295/70/18

From what I've seen, tires run pretty close to manufacturers specs (not to be confused with tire size).... as long as you measure them the same way they do.... IIRC, that is mounted on a wheel at max psi (E-load would typically be 80 psi) for a given amount of time... I think 24-48 hrs... and measured at the tallest part, usually the center of the tread with no weight on it.

The exact rim size is also specified when measuring. In this case, 8" rim.

Nitto Trail Grapplers... 35x11.5R18. Manufacturer spec is 34.76" diameter. Here it is unmounted with zero PSI. I think it'll measure 34.76" with 80 psi after 24-48hrs....
