Have you tried to tighten the nuts behind the dash that hold them in place?

They will have a pin that pushes into a clip mounted in dash holes. Round pin into a square hole. If either are missing they won't stay up.

Should also be phillips screws into the bottom of the metal dash.

Unfortunately the middle pad pins are broken off and so is glued on. Where is this for sale? Cant tell by link
