Rear shocks, UCAs, and the rear OME Springs. I tried last week and this Monday and Tuesday via email and text for an update, nothing. So I filed a complaint with my CC. I just find it hard that customer service isn’t the number 1 goal with the amount of options to source parts. Oh well, off my soap box.

Also waiting on UCAs. Ordered in November was told January, then was told February, and now they are saying end of march.
It seems like SuspensionConnection.com is fulfilling the order I placed on Nitro-Gear.com
I got an answer when calling suspension connection but no answer when calling justdifferentials or nitro gear
@FamilyCamper I get it, I'm going to close this issue out and hit up @cruiseroutfit for what I need. It's a bummer and I'm movin' on.
I can confirm all that mess. Ordered semi-floating axle shafts for a 40 cause nobody else had them, and added front axle shafts and CVs just to ship it in one parcel. One rear shaft and both front arrived, but no birfs and no second rear shaft
And I forgot to tell, no answers from support. I don't feel like filing a chargeback cause there's no other place to get a rear shaft, but that's real pity.

Still LAME! I really wish I had searched and found this thread before I ordered from them. Total lack of customer service and keeps playing the delay game. NEVER AGAIN. Hopefully I can update that they replaced the part.
