Those center caps look SO much better ... not being sarcastic either.
Agreed. No idea what the previous chrome ones were with an emblem that had fallen off. Silver is basic, but it's all much cleaner and "back to normal" now.

First post, felt compelled. I also just got a 2000 LX 470, pearl white. I still don’t have mine yet, waiting for someone to bring it up from OK, mine definitely doesn’t have under 200k but the price was right. Good luck with yours, and I look forward to making an intro thread of my own at some point!
FYI, these are all-wheel-drive trucks and you must make sure all 4 tires are same not just the size.
I too own 97 4runner for 10+ years. Do you happen to be at T4R.org?
Agree with your maintenance plan, mostly. I really don't see a reason not to do the AHC fluid. Only reason I can see then recommending against is that they don't feel comfortable with it for some reason. That old fluid will degrade all your other AHC parts faster than new fluid, and new fluid will give you a small to moderate ride improvement as well.
If you are going to use Techstream to make adjustments while performing your AHC fluid flush (yourself?), wait on the alignment until you finish with that task.
"Front axle boot starting to leak "we recommend the axle and boot replacement, as it's all one piece". Service History shows the boots, etc. were already done at 155k by Toyota/Lexus, so "not a big concern right now". Pricey, and there's no noise, and boots, etc. were done at 155k so I'll leave this for a later inspection."
This doesn't sound like grounds to replace axles which are only 50k old. These are pretty tough axles and as you said expensive if you get OEM. If the boot is in good shape (no tears) you probably just need to replace or tighten the CV boot clamp to keep the grease in. 1/2 banana job.
Nice vehicle, reminds me of mine but a little cleaner cosmetically. I bought mine with 176,000 miles on it, I'm at 225,000 now. It's my every day driver as well as my hunting / camping vehicle. I've put some money into it (got a free suspension upgrade as part of my "AS IS" warranty worth $3000, replaced my beat AHC with an OME spring kit etc). I hear AHC is great when it's in good shape mine was shot when I bought it, but the dealer gave me a $3000 credit, I only paid $9600 with a new set of KOs so I'm happy. Not sure how they compare with the LCs but mine's quieter than my wifes 2019 Prius. Congrats!
