It’s not called a brain fart Stone; TCVL (Temporary Cranial Vapor Lock) is the term to use. Brain fart is an idea that stinks (at least that others think stinks, cause you own never smells too bad) See….you can get a TCVL, bang your head a few times to free up the lockage, and then still come up with a brain fart.

:D

come to the island.

What happens when my TCVL is not temporary? Buy a Jeep? Too much head banging over the trails I guess. With this sunney weather, people are getting antsy to wheel, me thinks!

come to the mainland!

I want to come over and wheel spring, befor Moab. I will post here when I do but it will probably be week days. My things to do list is long though, I have to pull the head, make and install RDB for my 60 rear end, install the rear end, make sliders, find some money for RDB parts......... That doesn't even include the house stuff....

I can do monday or Friday weekdays, as no school usually on these days, as I am slacking this semester.

Rocky Mountain will be doing the Ruby-Con near Jasper that weekend. Guaranteed body damage, hideous bugs, and muskeg up to your armpits. Bryan keeps telling us we're having fun.

Here's a pic of our "room with a view" at Ruby Lake

As one of the most non-wheeling guys in our club (even Greg B wheels more than me ;-) I hesitate to suggest a run - but it seems we have a few fly fishers in the club. I think it would be a blast to try to put together a fall trip of 4 or 5 days and hit some lakes in the 'boo or closer. Preferably some that need 4L to get into...

...of course, I probably won't be able to make it, so you guys have fun ;-P

In the imortal words of Mr. Reid:

"It's a four wheeling club, not a fly fishing club."

Traci's right, Norm...but I'm with you. There's a few guys in the Club that are heavy into flyfishing, so there's enough of us to make a run for fishing/wheeling ourselves. Flex knows of some good lakes that are fun to get into and have willing biters. :D

Traci:
I need your data for the club membership list. That would be email address, phone number, TLCA number and expiry date, and year & model of vehicle. If you don't want to give it over this form, just tell Rob or Steve and he can forward it to me. Thanks,
~Bill

That's what I had in mind anyway - kind of an Outlaw Flyfishing run...I like the sound of that!

Guess we know where bj70_guy's priorities lie! Hasn't made it to a wheeling trip in 30340583475 years, but he's all over a fishing trip. ugh ;-)

You exaggerate. It's only been 3034058347*4* years!
FWIW I haven't fished in 1.5 years either.

You know, I'm taking a lot of **** from a chick with a jeep - how'd you get in here, anyway? ;-p

I do think Rojo is very cool. He looks like a Cruiser dog...hurry up and get him one, eh Traci?! :D He's a good dog, he deserves one.

Norm: Anytime you're down here with some time off and I'm off from work, you let me know. We'll wet a line.
