Added 18 inch 5 spoke Tundra steels and 275/70 R 18 Good Year Duratracs

1. What is the next size up? That gets the tire to 34 and can that be run without to much hassle? I have a 2 inch lift today.

2. Can the center caps be modified to fit the front and if yes, how?

Should we have a wheel faq at the top? I found lots of info and it would be great to be captured in one place.

Gosh darn those look nice! I'd say the next size up would be a 295/70. The 285/65 are a little wider but IIRC they may be slightly shorter.

Out of curiosity, how much did those steelies weigh? I'm at about 92-95 lbs per corner right now with the Tundra alloys. I was thinking the alloy was around 27 lbs and the steel was up in the 45 range.

Looking good. I'd consider a set of those if I ever move up to 18's...but I'd have to paint em black.

For now, I'm happy w/ 16's but those do look nice.

500 mile rood trip update - The wheel and tire combo are working well. I can feel them off the start from a power standpoint. They also rumble when I come to a stop, which I like. On they highway, the noise is lower than expected. Running the PSI at 40.

Side note - All of sudden, folks are talking to me about the wheels and tires at gas stops and grocery stores. I did not think it changed the look that much but I guess it did.

Picked up a set myself, do you have any additional pics?
