The attention to detail right down to the grommets and plastic pieces on this frame off is just plain wicked !!!
Really nice work....:clap::clap:

Great job Joe. That thing is going to look awesome with the jeep liberty body on it.

Jeep Liberty??

WTF, the 60 frame is way too big for that. It's gonna get a 1978 Grand Wagoneer body.

With full woodgrain kit, FTW!

I'm thinking more like the light blue International Travelall that my elementary school music teacher Mrs. Feldman used to drive.:p

Nice. How was it to get parts for them?

I just always used to marvel at the one the music teacher had because A) it was light blue, and B) my uncle Mick was an IH tractor mechanic for a farm equipment dealership we had in town. Never saw one of them for sale there though.

Some more rust free parts are on the way from SoCal to you. I guess I should take some pictures of what I've been working on and post them up one of these days.

Cool.
There will be quite a few parts from your truck on mine when done.;)
God bless salt free southern Cali.

I bought the Travelall for $500. It was perfect except I had to rebuild the carb. About a week after we got it, I found another one in a local junk yard. I bought just about every part off the junker (this was when junk yards still sold parts cheap, not 10% less than OEM like they do now ). We drove that thing all over the place until I eventually sold it on ebay to a kid from Florida who flew in to SoCal and took it on a nationwide camping adventure. It makes the list of cool vehicles we've owned, no regrets on that one!

Got a set of bad ass splits off an FJ43 from a MUDder up in north jersey saturday. They have General 7.50-16 LT's on them. Wicked tread pattern.
Finally got the chassis rolling out of the garage for some fresh air.
Did some doo dad work under the hood of the body as well.:hillbilly:

Nice Job

That 62 chassis is looking great, I'm currently in the process of swapping a 62 chassis under my 60 series. Is there anything I should be particularly wary of? Also what part of jersey are you located in? I would love to come take a look/help out. I'm right in the middle right off exit 7 on the turnpike.

oh, I see... the blue one in the background is the same 60. Are you doing anything with the body?

I'm gonna swap that body onto the new chassis. It has only a small amount of body work needed.

You in Bordentown?
You're not the guy trying to sell the 85 rust bucket at the raceway gas station for $7000 are you? :hillbilly:
