A better way to explain droop would be if you lifted your truck off the ground by the frame, the distance your front wheels hang down from their previous position of all 4 on the ground is droop. Or, the distance (in lift height) required before your front wheels lift off the ground when you jack up your truck.

Rake is the height diffrence between the front and back of your truck. 1" rake would mean the front of the truck is 1 inch lower than the rear.

2 totally different things. Adjusting the tbars and bringing the front of your truck down a little would give it a little rake (back higher than front) and add droop (more down travel to your shocks). The front looks too high to me, so I'm surprised you said it rides great.

Very nice though!

Looks great!

Sounds like you got the addiction.

Droop, drop, rake, slope, drag co., etc. - it's all just gibberish.

Enjoy the ride . . .

Got my ASFIR Skids installed finally. I can't wait to try them out.

Looks great man! How does it compare to driving the 80 besides having more power?

The 80 feels like a tank and sounds like a tank and you feel invincible. The 100 is the same except bigger, more power, and more comfortable. I absolutely LOVE driving the 100 everyday. I haven't taken the 100 off any serious trails but will be doing so next week so ill have a better idea of how it performs offroad.

Looks great! I think it might be the angle of the pics that makes the front look high. Shooting from the front corner will do that.

Yeah, its not so bad in person. I love it.

ih8mud on the go!

So I've got Doug Thorley headers bouncing around in the back of my Cruiser. Hope to get them installed soon but I'm in the middle of building a house so as soon as that dies down I'll be able to get them installed and I'll put up a video and pictures.

Your skid plates nice! You may want to look at changing out your bolts to a counter sink type as rocks could mangle the bolt heads and make it very difficult to remove your skid plates.

Man, your LC looks awesome. I love it. I plan to get the Ironman lift by the next week. How do you like it so far?

The lift is actually really great. I still have a really good ride and the clearance is exactly what I need. We've done some trails and with the lift and skid plates there wasn't anything that I was worried about.

Example? Sounds like a good idea.

It's been a while since I've updated. But almost two months ago I installed the 4.88 gears and my god what a difference. Earlier in August I installed my Unichip which was tuned for the mods I've installed and for the size this thing really moves now. It's definitely way faster than it was stock and that's comparing it bone stock (tires, everything) to my 34" mud terrains now, lifted, and heavier with the full skid plates, rock rails, and hitch. Hopefully this weekend I'll be installing my air ride helper bags. I didn't order the ones for the landcruiser I got them a little taller (1") to compensate for the installed lift. And just today I got a new project. Pretty excited about this it's a M105 military trailer used by the 2 1/2 ton 6x6 trucks. It's had the huge axles removed, deuce wheels gone, and all the non essential heavy heavy bits for the surge brakes, etc. Lowered about 6" but still too high, I'm going to lower another 3" and with my bags on the cruiser should sit pretty level. Going to make it my camping/expedition trailer and it's definitely off-roadable.
