Do you have any pics of the Rigid lights on in the dark? Curious how the output is.

Cheers,
Salue

I have the driving light version on the LC, I can get some pice of those for you soon.

I also have the Rigid SAE/DOT fogs on my XJ, pics below. They aren't as bright as the DLs but you can run them legally (and they don't blind people because of the great cutoff) with the headlights, going to pick up a pair of these for the LC actually.

SAE Cubes w/ yellow filter.

I don't know how to tag someone, so maybe you'll see this?

Let me know if you're looking for anything specific, I'll snap some down the road if you want.

Rigid D2 Driving light pattern, note: this is with the crystal blue filters on, they're much brighter without.

Bonus photos:

Upgraded to Philips HIR2 9012 Lows, 9012 lows and standard highs (also philips) on Slee headlight harness.

Brake & rebuild job coming along:

Thanks for that pic. Some down the road photos would be great when you have the chance. I'm debating getting rid of my huge ipf hid lights in the same spot and going with the smaller led lights. Just wanted to see the throw of the lights down the road.

Cheers,
Salue

F-it. I'm selling. :bang: jk

That's easy peasy since you have it off, a PITA but doable.

Working on it, needs to make it out of the garage first... soon.

Sorry to get off topic, but when did you order/ receive your Infinty? I used to work there.

Mid June 2014. Build took 18 months, deposit was put down on 1/4/13.

Took a break from buying any guns between then. After the SVI I picked up two STI 1911 4.0 9's, a LaRue 14.5in AR-15, and coincidently on 1/4/16 put payment down on one of 125 LaRue 16in AR-10s in FDE. Probably going to get two more this year, a bolt gun in 6.5mm for the S&B and a 9mm beater for some occasional carbine matches, probably a CZ 75.

I probably did some hand finishing work on it, but not the final assembly. Those duo-tones add an extra pucker factor in final assembly. Good luck on your cruiser!

Thanks for the work (probably) on it. Was a great experience overall and shoots even better than it looks.

Update:

1) Passenger side brake caliper is bad (piston seized). Drivers side is 'ok' - ish. Starting calls tomorrow, I guess.
2) Drag link and/or ends are bad. Need to update my order with slee for the ends to include the drag link.
3) Stainless brake lines from Slee are on backorder.

Result:

Looks like it will be another few weeks to get this thing working properly, I had to use an old brake pad to get it out of the garage where it's been living for the past 3 weeks to make room for my Jeep.

I got my TRE's and drag from Kurt at Cruiser Outfitters, I know a lot of guys who went rock auto/pep boys/AA/Napa for them as well. When I did my calipers I stacked coupons on AA buying them one at a time and kept the OE's to rebuild down the road since the OE rebuild kits are cheap from Beno or Dan.

I just picked up from Slee since I needed new lines as well and already had an order going.

As for the calipers, Autozone had refurbished ones for $49 after core charge, picked up driver and passenger -- should be here tomorrow, but no sense in doing it until the lines arrive next week, so it will continue to sit until then.

Cool, where calipers original OE's then?

Yes, I believe they are remanufactured OEM ones. I can verify tomorrow. Time/cost wasn't worth it to do the rebuild kits -- and since the piston was seized I figured "new" ones would be the safe way to go regardless.

Picture, drivers side all back together (before spending 2 hours unsuccessfully on the passenger side).

Finally arrived.

Looking good!

Slee drag link and ends going on tonight, then I will have Annie back in my driveway to replace the brake lines and calipers this weekend -- really need all those core charges back (almost $400).

Just have to decide what color to spray paint them -- supposed to be 70's here thurs/friday so perfect weather to do it.
