Loose seat cushions in campers drives me crazy. Always falling down. Fixed with some stick on hook and loop.

The canvas to door seal was less than desirable. More hook and loop, and gorilla glue to lock it down. I did the entire door to canvas area, inside and out. Now it has a good tight seal, no bugs.

Finally got to use the camper on an official outing, 4 kids + the wife and I. Everything worked perfectly.

The 80 series with 6 people and loaded full + the camper loaded full worked better than expected. Fun Memorial Day weekend:

Up in Two Harbors MN, right along Lake Superior with it this weekend. Working great. I really like the camper AC and the 3 way fridge, such luxury for this simple man!

Here is an excellent $5 addition.

Camco 40325 squeeze bumper end covers. Excellent place to store awning poles. Perfect fit, dang near free storage.

Working great. Another good long weekend and 400+ miles. Got a Cabela's camp Kitchen from by bro for $0.00. Heavy and bulky, but works great for 6 campers and all the gear / shoes/ drinks, etc... Temps were in the 40s (f) and had the heater going. Loving this little camper.

Major interior mod coming up soon....

Because of that deer hunting snow the camper was packed with snow and ice when we got home. I backed it into garage to thaw and dry out.

Decided to re-seal every external seam and joint this week.

Needed:
6 hrs labor
3 tubes of the good sealant
1 can of brake cleaner (for cleaning mistakes and fingers)
1 fingernail brush (for cleaning seams)
1 bottle of natural spray cleaner
1 small chisel for removing old, hard sealant
5 rags to wiper fingers off
Lots of new hardware and screws to update old fastiners

Lots of fun! Doesn't look perfect, but now I can rest easy knowing we'll be dry.

Did you get a deer???

One of each - nice!

Great to see getting a kid outdoors - well done.....:beer::beer::beer:

Your pop-up is looking really nice. I'm looking at projects folks here are doing with military trailers and smaller pop-ups getting inspired. Keep up the nice upgrades and have fun camping with the kids before they move on to bigger, better, more dangerous things like mine have!

Sold the camper this morning to a wonderful couple that intends to use it well. Maybe the algorithm will lead them to this build thread. Great camper, I'm going to miss it, but with 4 kids, just needed something bigger.

Good luck!

I think every trailer thread I watch winds up getting sold. I must be jinxing folks.....

Thanks for sharing and good luck with the next one.....cheers!

Buy, sell, trade, repeat is kinda the norm around here. Also sold my 80 series for a sequoia - on to the next adventure!

I'll post pics of the new rig tomorrow.
