Anyone notice that the four 60/62 series trucks were all inside the shop...while all the Ol' Reliable 40's are waiting patiently for their owners to come out and play after helping their friends "fix" their trucks?
Just like the short lift phenomenon...something's happening here...
Just want to say that even though we only completed 3 out of the 4 knuckle overhauls I think we had a very successful tech day at Iron Pig. I do want to appoligize about not getting Chris' truck done after he made the trek up from Richmond but would like to thank him for jumping in and helping out the way he did. As a matter of fact it was great seeing everyone who attended getting envolved the way they did. The only rig that did not leave out of there was Tracy'sbut that was due to issues beyond the rebuild
I'd like to thank Lance, Cam, Vince & Ryan for hosting and all the help they gave with making this a very succesful tech day.Thank you to Iron Pig for providing lunch. Also would like to thank Steve for supplying the shop towels and gloves even though there were a few of us who are still to stubborn to use gloves.
Hope to see everyone at the next tech dayin Feb

There was so much ambient noise and unrelated talking in the movie I use subtitles. I am 2/3 done with tear down. Its about 45 minutes long I've cut it down substantially.
I need a vote of what type of music to use? I was thinking of classic rock.
I hate videos with no noise or music.
Chris
Instead of subtitles obscuring a small video and a soundtrack, why don't you narrate it over the original background soundtrack / noise.
I would but I can't stand my voice on recordings. I sound like an uneducated redneck. (Like I am). I may try it see how it turns out and I can't keep my kids quiet enough to narrate.
I'll pm mark and see if I can use it for the end credits.
Chris
We were glad to be able to have the tech day at the shop, we look forward to many more!
We will set the rags and gloves aside for Feb.
Thank you all for being so easy to work with!
Your not the only one that sounds like that. Let your wife narrate.
