Did you leave off the c-clip when you installed the hub and perhaps left the hub engaged while you drove?

Had to cut off that outer 1/4" of axle to even get off the remaining gear/hub pieces. So I have a new axle on its way.
Most opinions are that the bearing was just a lil too tight. Looks like all parts and pieces were installed.... If all goes well I will have everything I need to replace and the 60 will be back on its feet this weekend. Fingers crossed...
