How much is a timing belt job for this
I would do the Timing Belt and the Water Pump. I would also consider the Radiator, Hoses and, Thermostat. Really anything that is in the front while you are there. TB and WP would run $1000.00 to $1500.00, depending where it is done.

Well we may pass. Rig looks good. However salt corrosion on the rear tailgate prop and spare underneath. Weird smell inside too....

You can buy a Toyota/Lexus OEM water pump/TB/serpentine belt/pullies kit for about $400

I was quoted just over $500 to have the kit installed at my Lexus dealer.
Maybe it was flooded at some point? Where does the car fax state the car was located?

For that price I wouldn’t want to have to mess with any preventative maintenance

Found a good deal on a 2014 4 Runner at the same dealership. Back again 
I have always found more honesty from private sellers (better prices, too) - just sayin'
