Is there a P/N for this (steering rack) bushing?

Does anybody have a part number for the bushing that is on the steering rack that is noted in the attached parts diagram? It's the bushing that goes around the bolt, part number 86 up through washer, 88 and nut, 89 in the diagram.
I'm not necessarily interested in some super-duper replacement, I just need to get it back together, I'm not picky if it's any of these:
  • Rubber.
  • Urethane.
  • OEM.
  • Aftermarket.
  • A cross fit between another Toyota (Tundra, Sequoia, Tacoma) vehicle.
Toyota will only sell it as a package (read: buy a whole new steering rack so you can get the $10.00 worth of bushings...) Don't you just love these special "Package" deals Toyota offers? (Let's not get off topic here about Toyota package parts, and try to focus on my question at hand) ;-)

Thanks!

Go to www.toyodiy.com, find your car and search the database for the part number.

Did you find it? Are they sold separately?
That's crazy Toyota won't itemize this unit!
