Is it ok to use Toyota TI-V atf fluid in a A442F auto transmission? Who has used this?

And anything went wrong afterwards? I got a few bottles left over and was wondering if it would be perfectly fine to use in a A442F 94 FZJ80.

YES, T-IV is completely safe to use in your 94. The T-IV is fully backwards compatible with all Dexron II, III, and IV, and Toyota II, III, and IV. See here: https://totachi.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/TDS_ATF-TYPE-T-IV.pdf

What you do NOT want to use is Toyota WS ATF. The WS is not backwards compatible with any older ATFs, including Dexron and the T-IV.

It was a good question, too bad you got bad answers. @blinkerfluid had the right idea. A good example of saving a few bucks possibly costing a lot of money down the line.
