Placed an order for several sets of extra gears and caps. Sent an email hoping to confirm order. Haven't heard anything back. ??????

i just ordered a gear a few weeks ago, so yea he's still around. if I remember correctly I didn't hear right away then all of a sudden he was like, hey its shipping tomorrow.
still haven't pulled my seat to replace the gear, too damn cold, and getting ready for up to 12+ inches of snow tomorrow so the cruiser is on duty

I just received my gears last week. Took about a week for delivery .

Thanks guys. Hope he ships soon. We got serious snow and ice " down southeast way " for the first time in several years. I'm tired of hauling my wife around cause the drivers seat of her ride is stuck. TX again. Everybody have a good day.

I'm in the same boat. Passenger seat is stuck full forward and I ordered a set of gears on the 15th and I haven't heard anything back from Gamviti about the order.

I just sent him an email to follow up.

Looks like while I awaiting a reply, I'm going to have swap gears from the driver side in order to get the seat back to a usable position.

Now what would we want from Amazon....LOL. I know he's probably busy but I haven't been around for awhile so I thought I would check. Let's not start flaming impatient mud wannabees like me. ;)

It's pretty easy to manually adjust the seat. Pull/flip the seat and there are two 12mm bolts under the front of the seat. One for each track. You can manually adjust the seat where you want it. I just adjusted both bolts all the way back to make sure the adjustment was even. Hope it helps.

It seems like people have become spoiled by Amazon, most of the businesses here are side/hobby businesses.

I understand that. I've ordered alot more items from mud vendors then I ever had ordered from Amazon. I received some sort of notice from each of them, including Shane.

Thanks for bringing this back to tech Pigcat! I had done this when I installed my Landtank seat extenders and re-aligned the tracks. Looks like I'll need to do it again. Thanks for the reminder.

I already adjusted manually. Has to go WAY up for my wife. Once you get to a certain point forward the nuts just spin off the worm drives. Kinda wish they were staked on, but there's an obvious reason they aren't. It got stuck in medium position where I can't get in it and she can't reach the pedals. I need about another inch - doesn't everybody - and the only way to get there is to take the seat out and do it with vise grips or channel locks. Ain't gonna happen. I wonder if I could get another personal inch or two with a pair of vise grips???? I'm to old to try. Let me know if you try it though...you could make millions or just plain wreck your junk. More likely the latter...LOL

I removed the front plastic cover so I could manually adjust the seat without removing it.

Cover doesn't really do anything, and you don't notice it once it is gone.

OMG!! Doesn't that compromise the structural integrity of the vehicle??

I would say more like 43.83%. This one goes to 11. Nigel.

Wait, you can manually adjust the seats front to back? Didn't realize that. I assume that's what I'd have to do to get my seats to do this? I had to bag my tent in a wicked wind storm in November and take cover in my truck. Would have been a lot more comfortable it the front seat back went down this far.
