Ok so my bull bar measures 60mm so that’s good. It does tuck in though near the connection to the bumper like the picture instead of straight down as others have described. Overall I’m happy so far, however I was disappointed to find the fogs are not led. The website says led turn and running lights, I thought for sure it said led fog but it doesn’t say that any more. Oh well. I’m attaching a picture of where the bar meets the bumper for comparisons.

I love that little bend detail on the bar.
So maybe there are 2 SKUs here and three physical manifestations - Classic, Premium 1 with the bend, and Premium 2 without the bend. And that doesn't even get into the different light options. Perhaps a recent product revision is all.

What I didn’t notice when I took that picture is the damage to the bumper from shipping. It must have been dropped hard. If you look at the right side of the picture where the support comes up, there’s a little hump. That’s the beginning of an entire half bent bumper. The powder coat is chipped away and the bumper is bent about 1/2” is what my installer told me. Called Ironman and they seem like they’re going to take care of me but we’ll see. Waiting to hear back right now.
I had similar but on driver side. Not as bad as your though. I think it’s bent about 1/8 to 1/4 inch.

It did used to say that about the fogs. They fixed the wording since none of them are actually supposed to come with LED fogs. Also just a heads up, the red wire is the power for the running lights and not the white wire like the instructions suggest.
The lack of that bend is what made me freak out...

I jumped onboard this bandwagon and bought one as well. Not sure if any of you purchased the 12-15 premium bumper? I’ve only seen pictures of 08-11’s.
So far it’s been a rough experience with the shipping company. Shipped out Monday and it said delivery Tuesday. Shipper claims they called me 5:40 on Tuesday morning to schedule delivery no such call took place. They then proceeded to say they delivered it Tuesday afternoon which needless to say was confusing because I didn’t have the bumper. Called the shipper got the run around from them, they couldn’t track anything to do with the shipment. Called Ironman, John was very helpful and just as perplexed as me as to where the bumper went. Finally heard from the shipper today and they said they’d deliver it tomorrow. Tracking info on the bumper still says it was delivered on Tuesday though. Odd...
Again John and the people at Ironman were very helpful in helping me find out what happened with the bumper. Great customer service so far! I am nervous about damage to the bumper now that I’m seeing others received it damaged. Can’t say I have a lot of faith in the shipper right now.
Also wondering if my bumper will have that slight bend in where the tubing meets the bumper. I liked the look of that design feature in the pictures, so fingers crossed mine actually has it.

Please make sure that you look over the packaging very well before you sign for it. If there is any damage take pictures of the damage with your phone and note it on the paperwork before you sign it. Also, have the driver note the damage and sign it acknowledging damage to the package. Do not write possible damage write exactly what is damaged on the paperwork. If there is severe damage to the outside or if you question damage at all open the package up in front of the driver and if there is damage that you feel is excessive refuse the shipment and call us ASAP.

Which year range premium bumper did you order?
I understand why y’all recommend the packaging be inspected before signing, but I’m not exaggerating when I say it takes an hour to cut away all the packaging. No delivery driver is going to wait that long for the signature, it’s not realistic. The packaging is nothing short of incredible, but in my case it must have been dropped from a decent height to bend it this bad. There was no outward sign that anything had happened like scuffs on the outside packaging.
I have a 2013 so ordered the 2012-2015 version.
I agree not possible to inspect right then and there.
I agree, our bumpers are very well packed. If you chose not to open the package and can clearly see that there is excessive damage refuse the order and call us right away.
