Looks nice!
Can you add a picture of the mounting bracket when you have a chance?

this? Do you want pictures of how it attaches to the frame or bumper?

Thanks, that's it. So it's a single piece with the winch tray on it? Interesting.

Yes. That bolts to the frame and the bumper attaches to that

replace the radiator before you install the bumper if you are getting close to 100k. The hole I circled it where you need to use a 12mm socket and extension to remove the lower radiator bolts. 🤦‍♂️

Installed IM premium about 2 months ago along with IM 12k winch. No issues. Like it. Well made with good fit. Recommend getting LED lights to replace the ones that come with the bumper.
@Bullgump where did you get those LED fogs? Those look great. My bumper is supposed to arrive next week, and I'd like to order some before I do the installation next weekend.

Highly recommend them. Ironman sells them on their site. Same fit and bracket as originals. Much better output.

Thanks!

By the way, I just noticed that Ironman ended the sale on these bumpers.

I’ll just start by saying I’m an idiot with anything electrical. So where and how are people wiring the driving lights, turn signals into? I know that big line going across the second picture is for the headlight washers. The other line going across under that is for the oem fogs and parking sensors, I’m pretty sure. So where/how is everyone tapping into the headlights for turn signals and drl’s?

Next question more directed to @tbisaacs since I know you have Ironman’s driving lights mounted on your bumper. The separate harness they send you to wire those up, where does this yellow wire they reference on the back of the box go?

It comes off the switch then into a fuse and then taps into a different light according to this diagram. Again I don’t know what I’m doing at all so maybe I’m just misreading this diagram.

I did not wire my DRLs yet, just have them zip tied out of the way.

For parking lights I used a scotchlok connector and tapped the side markers. For turn signals I did the same - scotchlok connector to tap. They are accessible under the headlight housing.

The yellow wire on the Ironman harness is for ignition power. I used an add-a-fuse and tapped IGN fuse under the hood. Or you can just wire them hot all the time.

I did similar as @tbisaacs did. Since you're saying you're new to electrical work. The redwire taps the power for your marker light and yellow taps turn signal.
Also the yellow for the driving lights you bought should only go to an ignition on, or you could even wire it to your parking lights which is what I did. That yellow wire is what finishes the circuit on the relay to send it power. The wiring for that looks identical to fogs that come with the bumper and if you connect it to always hot it will always draw power and drain your battery, so best to go for an ignition wire or just tap the driving lights. If you tap the marker lights for example the driving lights switch will not work until your marker lights are on.

I see there is the 25% off coupon! But when I try to use it for a bumper and UCAs it says it isn’t applicable.
Try again this morning and if it doesn't work send me a screen shot of the error code and I will see if it is something on the back side of the website.

here is a wiring diagram of what color wire goes to on the light. I hope this will help!

BUMPER INDICATOR WIRING DIAGRAM - BBPART002.webp

I have a 2016 LC200 and I connected the Brown and Red from Ironman light into the Red of the long LC Headlight side bulb unit that twists out (first photo) Then connected the Yellow of the Ironman light into the White of the LC corner most Headlight small socket housing the indicator (2nd photo). Lastly extended the White from the Ironman light to an earth point underneath a bolt already securing something else to the chassis (3rd photo). I used Scotchlocks similar to how others have done it. It was easy on the passenger side but needed to remove battery to do the same on the drivers side. For the fog lights I simply connected into the existing fog light connector wiring from the original bumper that allows fog light activation from the lighting stalk on the steering wheel.
