I have a winch, tube bumper and when I’m headed up camping, my water port 4gal day tank. I haven’t really had a chance to drive it. I’ve been fabricating remote reservoir brackets for my new shocks. Hopefully by Saturday. Fingers crossed

Finally got a chance to drive my rig around today with the new suspension setup. All in all I’m very happy with these springs but time will tell it I stay happy. For $260 shipped, I’m confident in a readily available bolt on replacement spring being perfect for my application. Anticipating a 1” settle which would put them just about perfect. Keep forgetting to measure my hanger to hanger length for VA Cruiser (sorry man!). Had to make some remote reservoir brackets which always takes longer than you expect. Of course I screwed up on the first set of holes and had to redo it...

So did you flex them out 😎

So after following @Toast idea I ordered Ironman springs also. Mine are the constant weight (next spring heavier) I thought anyone thinking of these I would include my install here also. Now for a few pics 1st is eye to eye (43”) 2nd is from across the top of the eyes to the first spring (arch of the spring 9.5”) both uninstalled of course.

Update. 4 1/2 months of daily driving and a handful of wheeling trips later and I’m starting to notice some noteworthy sagging. I’m obviously using these springs incorrectly and was hoping to get away with it but I’m realizing now that they need help. So, in an attempt to “fix” the “W” arching that was happening, I installed the smaller overload that it originally came with. Springs look great but my truck rides like s*** now. Upon further research, I found that most people run at least 5 leafs. These springs came with 4 plus 2 overloads. My next attempt will be to remove the small overload I reinstalled today and replace it with 2 leaves from my old springs cut accordingly. Updates to follow

Ok so just got done adjusting my front leaf springs again. I looked at different pictures of other peoples and companies front spring packs and built one that closely mimicked
All Pros.

I sacrificed Pappy’s OME front lift springs that I had sitting around and no one seemed to want. I took the bottom 2 leafs from the OME springs and replaced the overload I had put on my pack. Lift remained the same with a gained inch from what I had and ride seams to have improved but still feels stiff compared to my first setup with only 4 leafs.

@Toast so maybe the heavier set I got will do better whenever I get it done lol

Yea, I’m thinking you might be better off with the heavier set too

I’m thinking that my shackle angle could use some improvement. I’m running 6” shackles and am thinking about switching to a 5”. Thoughts? What’s everyone else running for shackle length??
