I just purchased this bumper from Eric in LA.

Anyone locally that you could recommend with a plasma cutter to cut a hole in my rear cross member to accomodate the reciever hitch. I thought about doing it with a sawsall but it has the welded bracket in the back that appears to make it difficult. I also thought about a cutting torch but thought it may be tough since I would like to keep it a clean cut since I plan to keep the rear cross member intact.

Found a friend with a plasma cutter. It made short work for cutting a hole. Got the bumper installed and set up well.

Do you think your friend would cut my cross member this Summer? I already had my Hanna bumper cut when I first re-furbished it but I still need to do the cross member. And I should be getting Slees hitch kit this Summer when I re-finish the bumper again.
