1996. Non locked. Replaced pads, rotors, calipers, brake lines and bearings all the way around. I’m getting a weird clunk or like somthing binding and a pulsating brake pedal when braking and turning right (only at slow speed). It occasionally triggers the ABS light. If I turn the truck on and off the light goes off. When the ABS light is on it functions normally. I’ve rechecked from bearings and caliper bolts. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Somethings loose, backwards, broken (ABS sensor, calipers, pads, bearings, hubs, drive flanges). Did you remove the spindles, CV joint/axle shafts, or steering knuckles?

If you didn't get the hubs pushed all the way back in that could cause an issue.

No sir just pulled to rotors/hubs.
I'm betting your wheel bearings are not properly adjusted.

Inner nut to 35 lb-ft while rotating then 45 lb-ft on outer nut. Don't forget to fold over locking ears on ring.

I would also say while down there check your nuts on the bottom of the knuckle. The passenger (you said turning right creates the situation) seems to have more issues than the driver's side. Easy check and fix if they are loose.
