To start, I have replaced the PWR/2nd switch, cleaned it and verified it is working correctly with an ohm meter. I have jumpered the plug itself, I have replaced the cluster gauge bulb twice and cleaned those contacts. The light and PWR comes on randomly. It doesn't matter how hot or cold, time of day, rain or shine, just random. When it comes on, it will almost always stay on through that drive cycle. When the light actually comes on, I can tell that PWR is engaged, when it's off, It isn't.
2nd button always works, no issues with it.
Could this be an ECM issue? It doesn't seem to be a fuse issue since it randomly happens.
