I am going to cheat and remove the intake manifold to get at the PHH and the hose on the other end of the PHH pipe. Would that hose be called OPHH?
Is it straight froword on removing the intake manifold, just unbolt, remove, new gasket, bolt up and torque?
Should I do anything else while I have the intake manifold other than cleaning the intake chamber and throttle body?

The bolt next to the firewall is a little difficult to reach, but not impossible. The gaskets are metal, so it's your call if you want to replace them. Not needed IMO.

Clean the fuel injectors.

I was going to remove the injectors and clean then but I was told not to as the wiring harness gets brittle and I might brake the wires. Then I would need a whole wiring harness=$$$ and long hours to replace.

You don't need to remove the harness unless you are pulling the motor. He's only doing the PHH. I didn't have any problems with brittle wires. The last connector (cyl#6) was brittle and broke, but the harness itself was fine.

The wiring harness is pretty well contained. It wouldn't be hard to replace. But you won't break it anyway.

I will be taking the throttle body, intake manifold apart for cleaning.
I will remov the throttle body and intake first, then the intake manifold.

I'm assuming the 94 is the same as the 96 in this respect. And to remove the intake manifold you'll need to either remove the harness or cut the manifold. And the bolts at the rear of the head look to be a bitch. Lars was the one who removed the intake during his HG repair and left it hanging while the head was out for machining, not sure who posted cutting the manifold to remove it.

I cannot remember either, can someone remind, along with a pic preferably?

Is the harness tight to the manifold?
I don't need to remove it, just having it hanging would make things "more easier".

once you unplug the injectors, tps and iac you can unbolt it from the firewall and be able to move the manifold around some. There might be as few more connections that I didn't remember.

And that link worked for me but George left the manifold on.
