Hatch lock removal help…

I’m replacing the hatch w one from another vehicle. How do I get the lock out? Na where can I get the plastic parts for the bar that connects to it (see picture)?

I am not sure what you did, but you first rotate the plastic clip, and the bar will pull right out.

I figured it out.
after removing the bar and one bolt you have to pull down on the plate - see picture
