Went to change the bulbs in my panel (super dim). Went to replace them and - while expecting to get into the panel (from other posts I’ve seen) and be able to pop out T4 lights - instead I was met with the picture below. It seems the vast majority of the lights are single LEDs soldered to the board. Is there any way to swap these or am I screwed unless I get a new cluster?

Or - even more likely - am I a newb moron who is missing what’s right in front of me?

Go on YouTube and google desoldering LED's. I can only see two (maybe). Where exactly are they?
 
@InsightCruiser The lights for my main gauge cluster panel also need replacing, it's got very weak illuimination.
My LC is an 06.
Any more updates yet?
