I am here
Quick update 2 hours after last post. 15 amp fuse will hold in garage idling revving loading the car up with all the light bars, flood lights, heater seat heaters. Even plugged the fridge in. Try to add as much load to the car as possible. 12.4 volts across battery terminals. Without a load the battery is charging at 13.8 volts. I can disconnect both negative and positive from the battery and the truck will continue to run. If I go into reverse that fuse pops immediately. Sitting in the garage idling everything is perfect! Attached is the charging wiring diagram I've been working off of. Upper right is the 15 amp gauge fuse that keeps blowing and killing the entire charging system. All other systems seem to be operable when the fuse goes except for the rear vents the mirror adjustment, and obviously all of the instrument cluster.
Any ideas please help.

This diagram only shows how the Gauge fuse relates to the charging system circuit. In actuality, there are multiple circuits being fed by the Gauge fuse, including the Back-up Lights. So far, it sounds like you have a definite short circuit in the Back-up Lights or related wiring, but there may be another short that causes the fuse to blow when driving.
One very common place for lighting related short circuits to occur is if you have a 7-way trailer connector at the back bumper. I would recommend disconnecting the battery (negative cable) and pulling apart the trailer connector. If you see loose or disconnected wires, they are probably bouncing around and touching the other ones. If you have the factory 4-way flat connector, the back-up light wiring needs to be looked at separately.
If you don't have it yet, you should try to get the full factory Electrical Wiring Diagram book or electronic version. Hope that helps.
