Installing rear springs

I just received my OME 2860 rear springs for my 2002 LC.

Is this an easy enough install to do with basic tools? I have a floor jack and 12 ton jack stands but I've never worked on anything suspension related. In fact, the most I've done is an oil change

I couldn't find any install write ups when using the search function, so any tips/tricks would be warmly welcomed. Thanks in advance!

EDIT: Gosh I realized I'm leaving out details. I'm going for as much lift as possible here and was told rear springs and a torsion bar crank would get me there.

Also, do I need to reindex my torsion bars are can I just crank them until I have a proper rake?

Search "spring install", titles only, limit to 100 section, couple of good write up threads. For the t-bars, same thing, "index", title, 100 section.
