Putting some 1" spacers from man-a-free on today. They don't seem to want to fit properly. Can't get them to slide all the way up the mount by hand. They seem to be too small. Do they just stretch and settle in one weight is on them or do I have some other problem. Anyone have experience with these?

You can let them settle while you drive around or I took a piece of wood and hammer an kept hitting them and moving around them to settle them into place. I also put mine in oven at like 200 to warm them. I don't think you'll get them 100% set with out driving on them for like a week.

Are they a no way fit or just a bit tight?
That 6000 pound rig will smash those bad boys in there.
They need to be a bit snug so they will stay there.

Mine were same way from maf, one fit all way one didn't drove around and wheeled it they eventually settled in, did set of slees on my buddies and they both fit right up no problem

Got it all together as well as some new oem shocks. Feels like a new truck. Glad I went with the tokikos. I don't do a lot of hard wheeling so I can appreciate the softer ride. Has anyone ever had problems with springs slipping off spacers? Just doesn't seem like much there to hold them in place.

I sprayed mine with a bit of WD-40 silicon spray and drove it down a potholed road and they settled quite nicely
