you can see rust peaking out above the diamond plate on the corners. i’d be worried. 5K for a truck that’s not run for 2 years is a lot in my opinion. you’ve got a big job with that one but it’s very salvageable. i’d try to talk him down to the 3k mark if you’re willing to dive into a project. and if you want to turn it back to a proper 77 with proper parts it’ll cost a bunch more
