Anyone know of a shop that can rebuild my 12HT injectors in Colorado?

Sweet, i'll give them a call. Thanks manCentral Motive Power in Denver first.
If not the Denver location, try the ABQ location.
Surprised you and your dad don't have a plethora of spares at this point.
How is your oil ? When you have a stuck injector, they can dribble diesel and dilute the oil.
What do the figures on the RH represent, is it some type of volume measurement for each charge?
Its good when the shop gives you info like that.
Sadly mine is burning about a quart every 1000-1500 miles.
Nice, I didn’t know they were a diy fix. Would have saved me a few bucks.. they used all denso parts luckily. The guy I was working with did mention that mechanical injectors are super easy to fix/ work on, I guess compared to the new electronic ones??Hopefully I won’t have to touch them for a while.McGuire, I rebuilt my injectors recently and simplest way about it was getting new Denso nozzles which set me back about $220 bucks I installed them myself just because the curiosity got the best of me and it became very obvious how they work with the spring "for pop pressure" and associated shims to adjust that pressure. I then took them to a local diesel shop and they checked opening "pop" pressure and I believe they ended up reshimming one or two. Their charge was only like $38. It wouldn't have been any more for them to install the nozzles and they told me they could get the same Denso ones but I was just being ocd and wanted to source myself to make sure I wasn't getting some aftermarket ones.
5w20 synthetic for the winter which is making a white haze, 15w40 Dino in the summer which has more of a blue haze.. I’ll give the thicker stuff a try this summer and see if it will hold me over. What weight oil are you using? I would be using at least 20/50 in an old diesel. I doubt a bad injector would cause it.
