Passed emissions with flying colors. I was actually shocked, it is the first time since I have owned this rig that it made it through emissions on the first try. Thanks again Phil.
Registered for 2 months until the normal renewal cycle hits. They waived $145 is penalties and I was even able to retain my 68 FJ40 plates.
I now need to tune this 32/36 to get her to run a little better, but the stress of getting her back on the road is over.
