I am in my second week of ownership and still getting oriented to a 2011 LX.
I am not getting any light from my puddle lights, running board lights, sill plates, open door lights, floorboard lights etc. When I push the switches for the interior dome lights everything works, it is just not coming on when I open the door, unlock the door at night, etc. I checked the fuse list, vehicle set up, etc. and cannot find what I am missing.
Bottom line, this is not the case:
Your Lexus is equipped with an illuminated entry system to assist in entering the vehicle. Owing to the function of the system, the lights shown in the following illustration automatically turn on/off according to the presence of the electronic key, whether the doors are locked/unlocked, whether the doors are opened/closed,
Probably something obvious, so what am I missing? Illuminate me please. Thanks in advance.
