Idler Pulley reinstall

replaced the water pump and hoses but I am old and don't recall how the idler pulley was installed. My PS / Crank belt is not tight without it.

Does anyone have a recent picture of their 3FE setup? Mine is an 88 / 62

It looks like my 3FE doesn't have a separate idler pulley for the PS pump belt. I'm assuming it should be installed in the horizontal slot in the A/C compressor bracket? I've always tensioned it by rotating the PS pump then tightening the bolts. That set-up's never given me problems.
