Trying to tune my carb 1976 2f Asin carb, idle mixture screw does nothing?any body have any ideas what is up,

Your carb isn’t running on your idle circuit. It’s likely due to having the isle screw cranked in too much to compensate for that big old vacuum leak from the unplugged port near the base of your carb in your other thread. There are likely more culprits if somebody ignored that vacuum leak.
