Idle fluctuating at start up. (1 Viewer)

Hello all,
My 2000 LX470 with 245k revs (like you're feathering the throttle, rpms: 1100-1500) at start up and some times randomly throughout the day.
-It's not the warm up idle.
-Usually in gear but will do it in p/n.
-Last year I replaced the TPS and APPS.
-Used tranny installed from an 03 about 5k/6 months ago.
-No codes.

Any thoughts? Should I spend the time replacing vacuum hoses, I guess there's not as many as my 62.

Clean the MAF sensor. A dirty MAF can result in those exact symptoms.

Did you clean the throttle body? I had a similar situation cleaning the throttle body fixed it.
