All of @kreiten's pics earlier in this thread are 285/70R18 with +20mm offset. 2mm is not enough difference that it'd be noticeable visuallyAnyone have a dead on front view picture of a 285/70/18 using no spacer with +18offset wheel? I might be going to this size but don’t want my suv to have the skinny tucked inside fender look.
I thought he may have had spacers. I didn’t think the 285 would stick out past the fender slightly but if that’s the case...great news for meAll of @kreiten's pics earlier in this thread are 285/70R18 with +20mm offset. 2mm is not enough difference that it'd be noticeable visually
I can get you a shot in a couple of hours, but it is not exactly +18mm. I have +25mm and 1/4" (6mm) spacers. That puts me around +19mm.I thought he may have had spacers. I didn’t think the 285 would stick out past the fender slightly but if that’s the case...great news for me

285/70r18 is a really good setup. I go a bit more in depth in my build thread, but on the current setup, 295/70r18 is not a good fit. I had rubbing on KDSS arm on the driver side and the rocker cover on the side.Looks good and thanks again. How do you like the setup and daily drive with them? I was considering 295/70/18 or the 305/65/18 but i think your current size is the best all round size.
Just comparing the two sizes on Nittos site, the 295 is 10lbs heavier per tire. Not a light tire285/70r18 is a really good setup. Daily driving is good. It’s a rougher ride, but I would never complain about that. I can’t say I notice an appreciable impact to turn radius with the offsets. Overall, it is a very comfortable setup.

yep, no wheel spacers just 285's on a 20mm offset wheel gets ya just outside the fender, good look!I thought he may have had spacers. I didn’t think the 285 would stick out past the fender slightly but if that’s the case...great news for me
