I've had the same problem. You need to antiseize those bolts son. I prefer Bostik brand antiseize. I had a 15 YO can in the cabinet and it was every bit as good as new while the Napa crap was separating after only a few years.

I ended up helicoiling the hole when done.
 
Yeah, I found a bottle of antiseize in the garage as well; few years old. Also found a bolt with the same thread pitch and decided to make my own. This should hold up until I hit a rock hard enough to shatter/ damage that 22mm head.

:lol: At least it is fully functional.

I'ma do the same on the other side after I get the new shocks.
