I guess that qualifies for as close to a "noble death" for a cruiser as anything does. Beats the hell out of slowly falling apart from terminal rust or being torched in a field by some clowns...

Sorry about the loss.....that vehicle and your insight provided lots of invaluable help to keep other cruisers running on this board - at least for me. Best of luck with it!!
 
wow, AJP thank you for those warm words. I learned a lot here from other members and passed it on where I could. I really enjoyed this board it is a great way to explore an extraordinary vehicle and the people that drive them.
 
Wow, I am really sorry for those unfortunate events. I couldn't imagine losing the 80. That would be cool to see a rebuilt land cruiser convertible though. much like this bronco!
