Wanted I need a 3B power steering pulley.

Will the power steering pulley from a FJ60 work on a BJ60? It’s one of the last parts I need.
The shaft diameter and key way are the same. Just not sure if there’s any offset issues. I don’t want to drop the $160 if it’s not going to work.

Thank you beno. I guess I need to keep searching. I got the rest of the PS parts from another member. He didn’t have the pulley though. If any one has a 3B power steering pulley I’m looking.

I suppose if it cannot be repaired it could at least be used as a pattern.

beno, do you know what keeps the FJ pulley from fitting a BJ? If we could get a good measurement anything can be reproduced. I am a Millwright and have many Machinist friends.

The FJ pulley hub is deeper than the BJ and will cause the pulley to ride way too far forward. The 22R pulleys look very similar to the BJ pulleys but I haven’t tried it yet.

It looks like the belt is narrower on my runner.
