#32 is a spacer for t-case output shaft....completely unrelated to the t-case input gear or idler cluster....installs next to the toothed gear for the speedo drive....

That IS the spacer that I have in stock, and used on all 420 and 465 plate style conversions, since 1993.

Hey Steve....can you elaborate on the safety wire pic? The angle doesn't show what the wire does above and below the bolt in the pic. My guess is that there is some kind of tab welded to the washer but it is hard to tell.
