The wife said "I can't believe you are spending $100 to turn it into a Cruiser. He doesn't even know the difference. You are doing this for you more than him." Maybe, but he or I will keep this for many years as a memory/momento of his childhood. If I were doing it for me it would cost $500+, not $100.

Added some bent links, 45T motor,14T pinion,locked both axles,
added 7oz of lead in front tires and 4oz in the rears,ESC with ABS and
added some Tamiya stickers to the Bushwacker body.
Now it kicks the CR-01's butt.
