I started to mention it didn't look anything like a 75 Series cab but I didn't want you to stab yourself with a screw driver.
The before mentioned parts source has factory beds.

Yep I know! The only thing is it will probably cost a ton in shipping

yep its a 6.0l LQ4 it came out of a Silverado truck

It is an 85 I think I have yet to open up the door and verify 100 percent but I will today!

If year 85, it should have the same model as the one who "show off" his white immaculate 75 to you
either is a 2H or 2F engine!

You are indeed correct ..... it is not a 70 ........it is a 74.
I am sure the mate who started this thread was just confused.

It is trust me. But I am being super optimistic!

It has a 1HZ and H55f if supposed to be the drive train. Here the VIN is usually inside the drivers side door and it is not on this.

Did you buy the frame separately or is it the original version that came with the cab?
If your truck is a 1985 model I believe it would be a HJ and not a HZJ and the 2H would have been the original powerplant. The Australian guys can probably shed some light on this subject.

We can just be a lazy bunch.

So if your frames a 85 your frame engine mounts will be different to those that hold the 1hz

85 frame would have been a fj75 with 3f petrol or hj 75 with 2h diesel

94 frame would have come as the hzj75 with the 1hz or fzj75 with the 1fz donk
