Hey everyone,

Just wanted to check in and see if we need to organize an LCLC work party for anyone with downed trees or damaged property. Nothing happened here except for a bird feeder fell over... It will be rough, but I think we can rebuild.

Looks like Im gonna need some new flooring up and down, and some new drywall and insulation. All because a neighbors tree fell on my house last month and that repair hasn't been made yet so, of course, we had water ingress. Demo should start Tuesday. Yay.

Better the neighbor's insurance pay for it than you having to do it. However, if you garage is half as full as mine, water damage and going through contents would be a major PIA. At least you'll have a clean garage and a happy wife.
