I tried doing it online for our LCs because I have to upgrade my rear springs. A 1000km pothole riddled run at 120kph did them in. I dont want to go too stiff, but at the same point the truck weighs a lot more than OEM. I got around to step 2 and got lost. 
angle of shocks and what not. Anyways I have radflo coilovers 700lbs spring rate up front and am happy with that. How do I decide what springs to go with in the rear. I already upgraded the struts to adjustable radflo resevoirs.
