Having a little analysis paralysis on selecting a rear spring. Read through any thread that speaks to the OME 2723 and 2724 springs.
I’m doing a refresh on the trucks suspension. The Icon’s are leaking and getting replaced with King 3.0’s. It has Ironman rear springs that sit too high for my liking, likely 3” of lift currently. I would like the rear to be about 1” or so lower. I have a Dissent front and rear bumper, tire carrier, 5 gallon water tank, E&E skids, Slee sliders, ARB drawers and ARB 63qt fridge. All combined after backing out the stock 3rd row I believe I should be around and extra 460lbs for daily driving and 700-800lbs when loaded up for camping with passengers.
2723’s say 440lbs constant and 2724’s are 880 constant.
Is it better to plan for when loaded (about 10 2-4 day trips a year) or for normal daily driving. The 2723’s will likely be more comfortable for standard grocery store driving, but will be overloaded on trips.
Appreciate the feedback!
