How do you turn these lights on?

How do you turn these lights on? ('01 4WD SR5 4 Runner)

don't know much about them but that looks like fog lights. the vehicle will have to be on low beam and there should be a push button that looks like a D with wavey lines. Maybe that's the defrost, I don' t know

In the pic from your other post inquiring about lockers, the stock fog lights are turned on by twisting the end of the turn signal shown above and to the right of your finger.

The headlight switch doesn't turn them on. It appears there is no pushbutton or selector for this purpose. Should they be on when the lowbeams are on? If so I may have a blown fuse.

on the same stalk as the headlights, there's another little "ring" between the end and the steering column. that ring will spin on the stalk. that's the fog light switch. you must have you LOW BEAMS on for the fogs to come on. they won't work on High and they won't work w/ just the parking lamps on.

My bad - - twisting the end turns on the headlights. I forgot about that little ring twisty thing for the fogs since I replaced the bumper.
