How do you bypass the amp on a 1996 L/C?

Second set of radio plugs? Is the amp behind the glove bax and easy to get to? Where is this second set of radio plugs and how do I use it? Thanks!

There are three plugs behind the radio. One is used for power and such, the other two are speaker outs. One is unused with an amp, the other will bypass the factory amp. If you get an aftermarket wiring harness adapter kit, (the only way to install an aftermarket head unit, IMHO) it will come with the plug to bypass the amp.

FYI, The amp is behind the speaker above the passenger's legs, under the glove box.

But you might as well leave it there, even if you're going to bypass it.
